Old Persians were known to be highly skilled at the techniques of constructing dams. Bahman Dam is amongst the several ancient dams, the ruins of which still remain.

This tour will be offered to professional archeologists interested in the Iranian ancient architecture and dam construction techniques.

Itinerary:

Start off the day's tour traveling from Shiraz towards Kavar city (1 hr), and then continue to Bahman River and Dam. Visit the Dam (1 hr) and afterwards return to Shiraz (1 hr).
