Shirazi pastary and Halva'Halva Käse' and most of Shirazian pastries are made out of mixtures of 'Zaferan', suger, nuts(walnut, almond, pistachio) and some flavoring herbs like 'Hel', etc. They are sweet but so special in taste and also nutrient.
